Bios password

Hi all<br />could someone please help,<br />I downloaded the Bios password finder in the download section.I could open it no problem-but<br />a mates computer I sent it to can't unzip it.<br />He has a h/packard laptop.<br />Thanks. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

I've always found that turning the computer off and removing the battery from the motherboard for a few minutes removes the bios password

if that dont work, disconnect the battery from the motherboard and remove the main battery then leave it overnight. it worked for me!
