Best Value for Money internal drive?

Finally got myself a jailbreak device, used the rockbox port on an old 4g ipod i had laying about. So I now want to order a hard drive upgrade, can anyone recommend one?

any of those drives are perfect for the ps3. i have the WD one, but it wont matter

I went for this one from amazon with the free delivery in the end, think the extra 140gb wil come in handy. Also by the time u take the postage into account its not that much more. Only thing is gonna take a week to come
