Newzbin is probably the best resource for NZB files not free though, fairly cheap and definitely worth it.

http://www.nzbsrus.com/ is a good site, they allow a few download each day for free but it's really just another pay site - quite good actually.

If you are familiar with newsgroups than Newzbin is an excellent place to get NZB's.

The only downside is that the site charges a fee for the service, but the upside is that the fee is only 0.3p per week.
