back on sky

my sat system has been broke for some time and i have just repaired it.
i dont seem to be able tto get channel 4 and channel 5 is there a way to get them back on

If you have a card (blue one with yellow house) just leave it in for a few hours and they will come back

Thanks it came on. I rang sky before i asked on here and thy said that i could not get it back and would have ti get a freesat card
