Do I need to change Net ID manually According my area on eng menu or would auto set its net ID. at the moment Net ID is set to 09999.

You can try doing it manualy.. did not work in my area.. had to do it using the macro and jtag.

firstly try shorting the battery for a few seconds and reconnecting everything up and boot up it should pickup and set the net id its self.its it does do its self the numbers will roll just let it do its thing for about 5-10 mins
