[B]Help with PPV[/B]

I have a Pace 2000 and am getting a message saying i have exceeded the attempts when inputting the code. It is suggesting contacting NTL which i am not going to do. this is only happeneing on PPV, i think the code was originally inputted incorrectly too manyt times by the kids messing around, can anyone offer any help on how i can resolve this problem.
