Atmega163 provider4801 flash file help

Hi to all

I was just wondering if there is any solution to create flash files for provider 4801 , i mean something similar to toxic 7.

Or even just the flash hex file , as i can load my bin file etracted from card on ext eep.

i tried using ntl toxic7 flash hex, and BIN extracted from original card as external eep but it shows smartcard reading error on tv screen.


any help is more then welcome
