och well overnight downloads it is...

i have read on here and other forums that changing your port to 443 with ssl will get round the QOS ,can not test it as ngroups do not support 443 with ssl

i was lucky to get 300kbs yesterday on 50meg but speedtest gave me 49downspeed so i guessed it was astra.

might not be as there only restricted Peer to Peer applications and Newsgroups so speedtest.net would not show it
 
just changed mine to 443 and the solved the issue (bet this is virgin pi$$ing about again)
 
20mb connection here was on port 563 getting 32kbs!

Just changed to port 443 full pelt again nice one guys :)
 
Mine is fine .. although I am thinking about changing when the time comes....any suggestions?
 
Click on default server, then right click on server properties and change it in there..
 
nothing works for me either now on astra web...gonna need to buy a new server ?

Ports:
119, 23, 1818 or 8080

Secure Server:
ssl.astraweb.com Ports 443 or 563

ssl-eu.astraweb.com Ports 443 or 563 (European)

ssl-us.astraweb.com Ports 443 or 563 (US)

Maximum Connections:
50 connections
