Apple tv 2 4.4.4 help

Just been to my local currys and bought apple tv 2 4.4.4 and wanting to jailbreak and need some help season pass wants to update it and if I point it to firmware 4.4.4 it says its not eligible and it won't let me save my blobs just the latest one out

hi mate , your getting that due to the fact apple have stopped signing for the 4.4.4, are you sure it isnt apple tv 3 mate and not the 2 , if you have just bought it ,
How to jailbreak the Apple TV 2 running iOS 5.0 HERE this is a tethered JB mate, what you can do is wait because by the end of this week there will be a jailbreak out for your device untethered

sorted it now any way thanks and no its apple tv 2 was mixed up in with the 3's here is a guide if anyone needs any help all up and running now on 4.4.4
