You should try yourself, it is very easy.
Pop to PC world, get yourself a Western Digital My Passport USB hard disk, at least 320Gb say and a 8Gb SanDisk SD Card, not the "micro" version.
You'll also need a USB to Memory Card convertor, such as the "Trust" - PC world sell those also.
Then download modmii and follow the instructions for a virgin install. Simples and no need to may anyone. ;-)It doesn't take long, 30mins to an hour.
