Anyone recommend decent set scales ?

Looking for a decent set scales preferably with body fat percentage.

My £3 Ikea ones seem to be all over the place...lol

Wow. So how do you guys actually tell your weight by looking in mirror. I just tried and was 6 stone....lol. But i had one eye closed so i suppose it's 12st.

I agree after reading that the body fat ones are a wast of time.

Oh, they probably work fine for just your weight. I thought you wanted the BF% feature .

I think the consensus is visible abs ~ 10% but everyone's fat deposition is different.

Those bio-electrical impedance scales can be 10% out.

I think what people are saying it that weight is not everything. You vary thoughtout the day, fat and muscle weight weight different amounts by volume, etc.

Personally I would say the best measurement is clothes size.
