anyone lost channels today

not sure whats going on , , all my channels are coming up scrambled , but when I check the line it is saying connected , has sky pulled the plug on us or is it just me , have unplugged router etc , then rebooted box , re connected router , still the same

normally if it happens I just reboot box and all is fine , this time its says connected but nothing happens , I can disconnect it and says disconnected , reconnect and says connected so obv my int connection is fine to get the connection

If your getting FTA channels OK i would contact whom ever supplys the Line and see whats going on sent you a PM
