Anyone know how to adjust a BT Diverse 3010?

Bit of a strange one but its bugging me. I have a BT Diverse 3010 phone in the house. I have forgotten how to adjust the ring volume/ ring tone on the base unit. I can't remember what the key combo is, anyone know? I've done the handsets but the base is still louder than I want it so if anyone can help me out thanks.

Adjusting the Volume:
Press the set button
Press the 5 button
then 1- 5 for to adjust volume (1 being the lowest)
Press ok to confirm

Adjust the ring tone
Press the set button
Press the 6 button
Press 0 - 9 till you hear the melody you want
Press ok to confirm
