DVB - PC Cards Anyone got Vista MCE working with DVB-c and CAM yet?

Yeah, the guide works fine in mediaportal
Unlike some of the channels which have no sound..... but do with vista!
Going to bed - my heads up my arse with this lot now lol!!!

I had loads of channels, only missing a couple, then all of a sudden I had three. Got to be something to do with the guide download.

Top tip for anyone is to scan for "unmatched channels" rather than just picking any old transmitter :toiletcla

Also, I've exported my entire registry keys under Service>EGP and Settings>ProgramGuide which I merge back in. I noticed a post on TGB that talks about needing to set the hnt (HeadendNetworkType). Mine is set to 3 for cable.

Also, I've read that MCE Routinely sets the EPG DiscSvc key back to what it thinks it SHOULD be, so where I've changed the guide to point to a Cable epg source, it might be changing it back to DVB-T.

Apparently there's a "keepkey" program that will monitor this key and stop it from being changed automatically.

Edit: Or there's this for Vista:

You can change the audio PID of a channel in Media Portal by pressing info twise on your remote while tuned in to a channel. Then select audio and it gives you a list of audio channels.
