Are you buy any chance using pi-hole? If so then that might be a problem!

whats pi hole @fus10n Im using emclient. sent them a support email but all my hotmail accounts are getting server errors and not connecting. I think Hotmail may have changed some connection settings for third party email clients

same problem when using incredimail. tried reinstalling Hotmail but still the same problem.
