Britain's Amir Khan defended his WBC Silver welterweight title with a unanimous points victory against American Devon Alexander in Las Vegas.

After Khan, 28, dominated the early rounds, 27-year-old Alexander offered little until the eighth, when he managed to land a series of hooks.

But the clinical Bolton fighter remained in charge, and all three judges scored heavily in his favour

Now that is a shame because I hate the big headed plick. Mayweather will drop him in 3.

Mayweather has not knocked anyone out since 2011 then it was hatton before that in 2007.
Mayweather is slowing and never hit hard.
But he's a master technician.
