Alien 2 Triple Remote issue / HDMU universe needed

hi all can anyone help me with this?

I have 2x AMiko ALien 2 Triple the remote is not working on one but its working fine on the other.. I have tried the obvious (batteries)

also I want to install HDMU universe any links and ideas where I can get the best/latest image from?
