Advise on a wifi dongle

Hi guys,could somebody please advise me on a dongle for spiderbox or a Tm500s
Not to sure how they work,I tried to use a Samsung wifi dongle but that did not work
Any advise would be very welcome

i would suggest a homeplug tbh. they better solutions. fast you can connect other equipment to it as well. makes transfering files a breeze

Yes mate, thats what i use with my Openbox

does the tm 500 have a usb port to run the wi fi adapter like an openbox has?
if not you will need to buy external mains adapter to power it
my advice would be home plugs all the way
having used both i know which are better to use
and im sure there was a post on here for a pair for under£20 a couple of days ago

You're right,the tm500 does not have a USB port
I have ordered the wifi bridge for the spiderbox and will look at the home plug for the Tm 500

Ok,got the bridge and it was a little tricky to set up but it is now going
I put the spiderbox in the lounge where I used to have sky,but now cancelled.
I put a triax tri link in to be able to turn over in the other rooms.
The spiderbox is a good machine but seems to be a bit hit and miss with the bridge
I put the Tm 500s in it's place,there is no USB on the Tm,I have a few apple devises and a iPhone mains charger powered up the bridge perfectly.
So now have to tm500 working flawlessly and controlling it all over the house.
Happy days,saving a fortune.
