What ever he used tell him to try the other.

And if he can still not get in we need a bit more info on where it failed.

Ive disable the 2 step login on miggy account can you let him know. He should in theory be able to login now as normal.

When he gets in we need to resolve why he was unable to do this. Old email account or ?
