Acekard 2i for Pokemon X/Y?

Hello,

I was wondering if buying a Acekard 2i for my 3DS is a good idea? The one game that I would like to play is Pokemon X/Y and I don't know of I can play those with Acekard 2i...

no, its a very bad idea.

1: support for this card stopped over a year ago, so no games released last year will work on card.
2: acekard does not play 3ds roms. (i thinkj its a 3ds rom u are after?)
3: can only be used on 3ds console version 4.3 and lower.

Okay, so which card do I want then?

for ds roms the ace3ds is the cheap and cheerful option and for 3ds roms your machine needs to be under
4.5 and then its the gateway cards i would recommend but i would wait a few weeks before ordering these
as some reports of bricking machines

like turner brown says, i think carefully before buying a gateway or any of clone 3ds cards.

shocking that they are purposely bricking consoles, wouldn't be giving them any of my cash.
and too risky imho to use a clone card now , could be expensive it you get bricked...
