Other Accessing wp-admin

Hi and a happy new year to everyone.

Hope someone can help me with this problem

One of the WP sites I have is European Association for Counselling - The Voice for Counselling in EuropeEuropean Association for Counselling when trying to access the wp-admin back office dashboard on entering Digitalworldz Store I get the error

Webpage unavailable
ERR-CONNECTION-REFUSED

It would appear that the request is forwarded to 127.0.0.1 Can anyone suggest a solution to this please as I need to edit the site for a client.

Many thanks for trying to help Manic01 it is appreciated I should also say that when I enter the URL to go to wp-admin it changes to Digitalworldz Store
when I press enter this produces the error message

I didn't type that let me see what this produces which is what my URL search line changes to

http://127.0.0.1/?redirect_to=`http%253A%252F%252Feac.eu.com%252Fwp-admin%252F&reauth=1`

This has now been corrected it was a htaccess problem
