500s wont turn motor ?

hi bought this 500s put on pli jade also nabilosat one and put in captains settings and ccam 2.09 when you switch it on at first the clock shows 0101 and it wont drive the motor also when you go to bbc1 clock still says 0101 and nothing ,anyone any ideas?

is it a clone also i would install factory frimware look for the old one dont want to kill it if its a clone then flash and try can you tell me if your getting any levels in the meter as if not the tuner could be gone hope you had the power of when you put the sat feed in or did not take it out when it was turned on seen a tunner killed that way
