4200i prob using max232

I am currently trying to flash a locked 4200i, have followed the guides to a tee i think.
When i go to the 192.168 page I still do not get the hack page up.

when using hyperterminal this is what i get:

[SB4200 Boot]: 2
Bootrom version: SB4200-0.4.4.0-SCM06-NOSH
Booting over the network...
Attaching network interface enetBcm0...
enetBcmAttach: mac address 00:
done.
bootp referenced but not included

Anyhelp would be greatly appriciated, I have searched through previous post but still stumped.

Hi m8ty thanks for the reply i have flashed one before no prob, but the one I am trying at present has one of that latest firmware that I have seen on one, it's not listed on the haynes manual at all, will post which version in a bit.
Read through all that and so far no luck.
