4001 no visual but audio

got pace 4001 is tuned in and get all channels,
but only audio no visual through scart or uhf output,
any help or ideas appreciated

Check your scart lead make sure its on the bottom plug on the back of your box if it already is change your scart lead

have checked scart leads in bottom hole get nothing,
in top hole get audio only, also tried uhf lead same again just audio

i had the same problem m8 just reset the box dude pull out the red jumper and start again that will fix it ?
