4 new HD channels on cable very soon

Channels will be Living HD, FX HD, National Geographic HD and MTVN HD. 1 will deffo be on the end of this month or the start of next dont know which 1 though. VM are negotiating for ESPN HD too. There are 3 extra HD channels testing now - Eurosport HD, History HD and Nat Geo HD. In Pure NTL they are on 707Mhz and 723Mhz and are listed as VMTest. So there may be more channels than have been announced

Does anyone know why virgins sky channels still arent in hd considering there the main ones?

Is it cos sky would charge them a leg or 3 ?
