my card is working mate i just put ds lego lord of the rings on it and its working to
was looking to updating the card and the 3ds firmware to the latest firmware

dont update the 3ds m8.....

the card may work on 4.4-10 3ds once updated, but NOT 4.5.-10.

if its working then i would leave it..

the dualcore 3ds r41 (white) card will not work on the updated version 4.5.0-10 and there has been no patch created yet as they are still working on it i did the same thinking there was already a patch so have had to buy a r4i gold 3ds (new) card which is one of the most stable cards that work on that update. hope this helps
