360 slim open tray

Hi guys,

I have an xbox 360 slim with the open tray issue, is there a real reason and fix for this, as I have looked on youtube, and it seems theres about 1001 different fixes, from slamming the tray shut, to a laser tweak to moving the laser along the guides etc etc, just wondering if any of you guys have fixed this and if so what are the main things to try or look for.

Its a laser problem most likely. Pot tweak, or RGH the console is your best bet

hiya, in some cases it can also be a worm motor on slim drives, i have also read about the laser getting stuck at the end of the laser rails and all it needs is to be pushed back into postion, thanks
