Can anyone tell me whether the three transponders on Hot Bird 13 East carrying Mediaset channels are still active?

This list was posted elsewhere in 2009, and was believed to be still on air in 2011, but I cannot find any reference to these channels still being there.
My Technomate 5402HD CI~ drops in and out of 16APSK modulated streams, but does not lock on to them. I have found another one on
ASTRA 28.2 EAST
11.009 V SR 22500 FEC 5/6 but have no idea if anything is on this mux. This is of course DVB-S2.
There is also an 8PSK mux on Astra 28.2 East on 11.186 V SR 21666 FEC 3/5), DVB-S2/8PSK
Can anyone please tell me do they have any menas of confirming if there is still a signal on the three frequencies on 13 East I mentioned, and if so, is it still in 16APSk? If anyone is able to lock onto these muxes, would like to know what is on them today.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks.
