I like watching the occasional feeds from NBC on 11.518H but the video now seems to be encrypted although the audio is still there. Any Ideas oh what encryption is being used.

Try viewing with a SD receiver such as the TM1000 series ect & it clears it is just an NTSC feed variant that fools most HD receivers except the DrHD D15.

I view MSNBC fairly regularly with no problems on 11.534 H 3200 with my TM-5402 HD M2. It also comes through on 11.531. I haven't had problems with 11.518 which is useful for NBC feeds such as "The Today Show". Nice if you're an American ex-pat or have spent some time in the States.

its only now and again that they switch the encoder on now as 95% of feeds are fta in ntsc,regards mdt
