12.015 H/27.500 in astra 19.0E 1 19e not in moreplus 13.0E

here is something i dont understand ok here we go i go to motorized setting on the channel list i have loaded in down to transponder to look for a good transponder signal to scan there is only 1 in the satellite called moreplus 13.0E it is transponder number 11.411H/27.500 its the only one there so i have to scan it . i took a look through my satellite list and found the art sports transponder 12.015 H/27.500 in astra 19.0E 1 19e surely it shold have been in more plus were art sports any idea why it is were it is i tried adding the detail 12.015 H/27.500 in more plus but they never showed up it said they were saved there but when i went there to try and scan 12.015 H/27.500 it was not there

all i can suggest is if you're not getting any luck with channel lists pre loaded just delete all the channels on your box then do a blind search on all the satellites you can get

hi, do as krazy said and try the channel list thats posted on here some where dont use the usals with virtual sats use the other one posted about a month before it thats the one i use and have no trouble what so ever with it
