1000phase 1b signal problem

i got this unit with rom 11 card in it saying mute err0r and signal bars i n engineering meny stay red while my other box workining fine.....first i thought its card,,,,i changed it but still same then i changed couple of tuners but problem still there.....then i found some caps underneath goes blak i changed them but no joy ........could any body tell me what is this exactly so i can change them to make the unit work

have you tested with atmega or funcard make sure the right details are wrote to the card

box stay with top light on ,,,middle one not flashing and on the tv just show v*****me****
thats all even with out card
net id and freq is ok

use LibDebug and erase sram (u5700) set netid and try to make it update hold powerbutton when powering up do the 4321 trick
