Oh lordy! Do I feel stupid!
I decided to clear out my cupboard so I sold my knackered old sky box complete with the original viewing card on ebay.
Only I forgot that I ran the £50 limit up on the card before we switched it off!!
Anyway, whoever bought the box obviously got it working cos suddenly a bill for £50 dating back to the start of 2003 dropped thru the door last week.
We`ve had a new box registered in the wifes maiden name for 18 months so I rang and said that this was an old bill and the person didnt live here. They said thats OK and to write this on the bill and send it back but if they look in to it Im gonna have to pay.
Anybody else done an equally stupid thing?
