cccam lines

I am have trouble putting them in sorry they are in but nothing open I have followed the advise and checked twice I did a factory reset and manual put them back in pa%ch in but a couple of years old any ideas guys

Are the lines def active?

I donot know m8 as I cannot get access to them I have rebooted updated softcam / pacth 2012 put the 3 lines in and still nothing perhaps the internet speed I am using just now to test these is too slow it is around 2mbps no cards showing I contact the other end and they say there sever is good any ideas thanks

Nothing wrong with the speed.
Get some one else to test the lines.
