Same here , had a guy from giganet asking me what speeds I get and offered the same speed for £28 for 18 months , told him I'm stuck in a contract till august , and mentioned it yesterday on the phone with virgin , probably that's why they dropped my price from £35 to £28.

Had the same yesterday paying £35 for 250m and a phone line I don't use ,rang them and they've reduced it to £28 till august when my contract ends 😀

got 2 of them from amazon a couple of years ago £29.99 remote broke on one , and gave the other to my brother because i cant be arsed watching tv anymore, cancelled the tv licence last year , now i'm just waiting for the knock on the door 😄

and a big price increase to go with ithe upgrade Virgin Media to hike broadband and TV prices by 13.8% - adding £80 to bills

biggest con going, my standing charges literally doubled at the end of feb , finally got a gas bill off eon for the first time since may even though i've got smart meters ,and bearing in mind i've never had the heating on i used £0.89p yet ended up with a £34.42 gas bill .

That's for broadband only and I live by myself, so that's not an option only paying £35 so I'll stick with it

Well just got off the phone , best they'd do was double the speed to 200 and the same phone for an extra £1.25 for another 18 months
