any1 used a raven jtag before??

hi guys finaly recieved my raven Jtag

on my pc i have only 1 LPT port

its sett to EPP mode

but when i run the programme to test Raven it only detects it when i choose LPT2!

in ocd when i got everything hooked up and click status it says target in debug mode

but i need the full copy of ocd flash programmer

as the version i tried is giving loads of problems

i already got that version still same thing

the raven is supposed to b very fast at dumping ram .etc

but i cant get it to dump fast only at normal jtag rate

so got myself a amontec usb jtag and thanks to mr0 from another forum got it to dump ram 32mb in 28mins

now just need to play with dumps e.g. withcard , withoutcard, withcard & on stream, withoutcard & onstream .etc

hopefully i will find what im looking for

I have had my Chameleon pod jtag for around 3 years now, also from Amontec.
Been a long while since I used it but if I remember correctly I loaded it with a Raven 8mhz config and could dump the 32mb flash from a sammy in 20 minutes.

Sorry my upload wasn't quite what you were after. The keygen turns it into the full version which allows you to flash a chip rather than just read it.

i have the orignal raven

but shelved it and using amontec tiny usb jtag

at the moment i have dumped ram but cant seem to find the SK to calculate cam_n

i am gona try dumping ram while on stream and on sub channel with card inserted
then do the same without card

should defo see SK somewere then

im trying to find the Secret Key which u need to calculate Cam_N
now the SK is transfered to box from card on the sammy 2100 and pace
so with card inserted it should have SK in ram dump (Decrypted)
and without card it wont have SK in ram dump

so im looking for a chunk of Code after ird that is there when card is in box and isnt there when no card in box

then hopefully will b able to use my card in DM500c / Dbox .etc

ok now i have 2dumps

1dump = card inserted on sub channel
1dump = no card on bbc1

been comparing dumps in both i can see ird 7 times and bk 2 times

but cant seem to figure out SK

need to do more research on sk

after alot of searching i have found what i was looking for in the dump .etc

and i got it working

no how to .etc

but will make a thread on setting up the amontec tiny jtag .etc
