Just follow the instructions in the .pdf 
Pretty much essential updates for most people, 002 error fix, proper Starfall/downgrade instructions included all firmwares, cheat engine sorted etc. .. all files included.
When done, have a read here;

You don't have to do anything it says in that thread, it's just to give you an idea of why you should get to 3.2e and install Starfall.
If i was a trader this would be a fiver a pop Lol.
Oh, if you just want to update the backup channel and the ciois 249 thats fine, just overwrite the old ones then you should be good to go.
