as the title says, ive tried installing the toolbar and keep getting same error message, tried 4 different computers now and same error, look at the attached pic.

Hope someone can help please.

try redownloading the installer. Have you got net 2.0 installed?

oops. Thought you were talking about something else.

Sounds like the file is corrupt. Did you get it from a reliable source? Maybe your HD is developing problems.

my buds just rang me with that problem, hes on IE im on ff n had no probs, all i know is he had another toolbar installed too.

search for that file that it's failing the CRC on, perhaps the installer is finding anothe version of that file somewhere and checking the wrong one. Find it and move it/delete it. Delete any files found in temp directory in Users\ and window temp. Be sure to turn on show system files and hidden files.

I am having exactly the same problem installing, downloaded it 5 times now.
It almost seems as if the file is possible corrupted, But cant be cause others are using it.

Very strange, ....

I am having the same problem have downloaded it 3 times and still no joy.

hopefully someone will have a solution soon.

TIA

delete all current toolbars on the comps ... then shut down firewall and install the toolbar .. once installed re-start firewall and allow permissions asked for ... then reboot the pc ;)

tried that too, didnt work.

anyone any ideas ??? could it be something as simple as this, you might need to be a registered member of one of the sites mentioned in the toolbar and have to be logged into the site or some crap like that, i doubt it very much but worth a shout i guess ?

still got nowhere with this, thats my mates too, whole bunch of computers :(

i get a wise installer problem, any suggestions?
regards
steve
