About my hobby.
I cycle...road an trails
started on road through the cycle to work scheme then
liked it an got me a mtb(mountain bike duh)
only been at it for a year so no pro but realy good social sceen
and have made some good friends out of it.
doing about 30+ miles on a normal run
once a week. great for weight loss..and god know's i need it ..
as for mtb...a few good trails nearish where i live
so good for that adrenalin rush..sets you up for week end.

Nice one mate, Exercise is important for all and if you can enjoy it then that is great!
