Yes, totally in character. To suggest otherwise is ludicrous. Just because it’s swept under the carpet, that they got all our clubs banned from Europe, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Doesn’t mean it didn’t set back British football years and years following it.
If you could explain how it’s “out of character” this may help.
