Do not fooking believe it. It froze at 56.04 went black for a minute, restarted at 56.04 for a second before black screening again. Changed to another BT3 channel and Liverpool are 2-0 up!!!!
Am I cursed??????
Am I cursed??????
I have noticed it's worse on sky channels. Was watching the Spurs match last night on BT2 and lost the audio. Tried FHD, HD AND SD but were all the same. Flicked over to BT1 and BT3 and they had audio. I gave up after 10 minutes with no audio and watched something else.I’m paying similar to £100 notes per year for an iptv sub, what I noticed last night tho is that BTFHD streams are as good as CS, just seems to be sky & NBC etc that suffer the stuttering which must be down to frame rate compression ether from the supplier or source. If all the streams were as good as BT then I would be well happy, hopefully as time goes on they should improve?
What i dont understand is...just because somebody charges a hell of a lot more, and for arguments sake lets say £100 a year for a premium service...how do you know your getting a premium service?I have noticed it's worse on sky channels. I pay same as you but pay every 3 months, not expecting perfection but hoped for far better than this, not premium in my eyes. Seen plenty of comments saying how good his service is but I'm finding it hard to blame my woes on my ISP/setup. Every test I've tried would suggest it's the supplier.
I will soon be taking a trial from another supplier and see if there's any improvement.

Just because thats what the seller says it is?
His service is only as good as the supplier can give, no matter what he charges.
I pay alot less than some of the prices mentioned here and im more than satisfied with the service i get, and ive had IPTV for over 2 years.
I just cant get my head around how you can call it a premium service if you pay over the odds.
Its all about finding the right seller/service...not the price.
Get supplier to check logs of your line.I was given 2 different recommendations from DW members to try and resolve "Is it the supplier or me at fault?" dilemma.
Recommendation 1....... roughly the same price as the "Premium" service I am currently on
I ran it all day yesterday and most of today. Watching the Presidents Cup in the wee small hours and watched Liverpool before watching Leicester, a 3pm match.
Verdict..... I could probably count the number of freezes on one hand. They were extremely short lasting and didn't really have any impact on my viewing pleasure. No sign of the terrible stuttering and audio problems of the previous supplier.
Recommendation 2....... most expensive of all at €20 per month with a minimum subscription of 3 months.
Ran it for an hour today where it was absolutely faultless. The video quality is the best I have seen so far.
Verdict.....Unfortunately this is an International service which caters for many different Countries but not the UK. There was English audio to be found but had the selected countries subtitles on screen. The biggest no-no though was Sport
I am going to stay with Recommendation 1. Unfortunately I have recently renewed my original supplier for 3 months, little chance of being reimbursed. Well the problem is now resolved, it's not me, it's the supplier.
He assured me everything was fine his end and the lack of complaints on his forum page would seem to suggest he was right. The guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with, his communication is usually almost instant.Get supplier to check logs of your line.
