mine's been like that for a while, even used a few of your updates and still no change....so obviously its a problem on my side....like i say, works with auto but i dont like that list lol....its not massively important just ant work out why

yea all up to date....again, if your's working then it must be my box?? i'm using zgemma h.2s with wooshbuild....channels work on autob when i update my box, but as soon as i put your plugin back on n update its 0%....i wont lose sleep over it like and i dont want to rack your brains over it....just strange its only on my box??

I just checked freq mate and they are the same as on KOS so all seems right with my Bouquets
strange hw they work with AB but as soon as you use mine they dont :err:

Nice one I always look first at the freq and assume the rest is the same but something told me to check everything else and noticed the FEC was different .... Doh!

Hi all,

Noticed a few channels have went down on my friends cloud ibox4 reciever. Always did a refresh on Rat's and they usually came back, but now looks like none of the extra channels are working (just blank screen).

At work just now, so can't check what version of the plugin he has - but assuming if I update to Rat's V2 things should all run sweetly again? Never updated the Rat's plugin since he has had his box, so assuming it's not pointing at the right server or something simple like that? Apologies if this is SatBox 101 stuff hah, just want to make sure/do my research before I start tinkering. Cheers!

Even the original Rats channel updater is still downloading the list so any Rats plugin should still download the latest list.

Cheers Ferret - that's what I thought! Strange, as when I tried ran Rats channel update as per normal - it looked exactly the way it should - connected to the server, did it's thing and gave a successful message at the end. Yet all the extra channels, SkyAtlantic, Sports etc were all just a black screen when you switch to them. The EPG side of things is running no problem - just the channel feed itself.

I'll maybe try updating to the latest version of the plugin anyway - just in case that sorts it.
