Any update on Sly card pairing?

My card is only showing 6 entitlements at the moment ,it normally has 29,I think I missed the updates as I was away for a while and my server went offline.
Can I get the entitlements back by updating it in Oscam like I normally do or will it only update at this stage in an official HD box thus pairing it to the box and losing my HD and premium channels.
6 entitlements seems odd ,even a basic Ftv card should have 10 or 12 tiers.

Basic FTV tiers can vary depending in which region you are based so anything between 7-9 tiers, you could try Oscam and see if it updates or try a forced update through the service installation menu and keep the card in Oscam instead of the official receiver

try oscam & also set dvdapi as well as it can recover / activate a dead card

just stuck mine back to oscam card now updated till 10/02/2014

earlier hit as normally 2 days after they get their cash

My cards were the same so I put them in omnicard readers with Oscam, ordered a ppv movie and now all the cards are set for February 2014.

I left it in the omnikey last night and enabled updates and it has now updated all entitlements (29) until Feb which is the good news.
However it seems only the basic sd channels are opening ,no HD ,sports or movies and no Setanta or BT sports either.

I suspect the hardware pairing had been enabled on the card .
It must have happened last week while I was away as even when I had the 6 entitlements ,BT sports wasn't opening even though that tier was active on the entitlements.
I had updates blocked until last night in Oscam ,I only enable it when I need to update the card .
Bad luck I guess.

I didnt change anything .
I used the same method I have used for over a year ,I blocked updates in Oscam and only enabled them when I needed to close to expiration .
I didnt count on the server going offline while I was away and hence the entitlements expiring .
The damage seems to have been done a few days after the server was turned back on but I had emm updates blocked so it wasnt of my doing ,that I lost the premium channels.
The Sky HD box is under a bed where it has been for years .

Good Afternoon all, greetings from Düsseldorf Germany
The big bang came for me yesterday. Have Sly card on a linux server with smargo and am using it in the livingroom, kids bedrooms and in the kitchen. Wed. morning as we woke up nothing was working, found it strange that the kids were watching German tv and when i asked what was wrong they told me our Irish card was dead. Closer investigation showed that oscam was showing 6 entitlements on the cards. I had UK Sky agent ring Sky for me and asked them to send out signals, Sky One HD on, caid:1 aktivated and card remained in the server. I noticed that i was getting approx 7000 global emms per hour. I left it until yesterday but it brought nothing. I tried again yesterday with new signals but nothing. Eventually the wife got pissed off as i was out and stuck the card in the original Amstrad receiver and 3 seconds later everything was on she told me. When i got home I them noticed that the HDs were all down. RTE 2HD and BT Sports HDs are ok.....
Now i have read a lot, tried having the card matched to an old Sky Panasonic Receiver (SD) (model number:tu-dsb30) however this didnt change anything, been on numerous German forums for oscam.....and so on and keep reading that a Thompson receiver is the only way i have to turn it all around.
My question is as the Thompson i have been offered is very expensive is.....does this (still) work??? Or do I and the visitors into my Irish Pub have to live without Sly HD???

Your osc has now updated and is using the new serial number to pair up for hd. You cannot reverse this update by using a Thompson stb. The Thompson stb cannot update to take the firmware thus cannot update the osc. So the Thompson is only useful to preserve your osc using box key for pairing. Your sky card is now fooked up for hd pal. It is the beginning of the end.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I can start to wind up my business then. The old rugby and football in HD was what was taking the punters into me on a regular basis at the weekend covering the bad business during the week if there was no sport on the box.

Tried share in the past but couldnt get anything stable. Not the best thing in the world when you have a bar full of guests and you have to tell them that the games is over 20 minutes early because the share server is down or that you have freezers because the server is at its limit.
Also have the problem that i have an official Sly Germany card which is checked regularly by their sales rep. He turns a blind eye to the receiver setup I have, the Sly Ireland card...he isnt happy about but as it is being paid for in full he accepts. Dont know what he would say if he realised that i was running a share....
