Hi all im just letting you know NOT to buy from the above i have been waiting three months for a new dreambox and they havent even replied to my emails if you read this post rat can you make it appear all over the site to let everyone know about them plz ty. DO NOT BUY FROM DVBMONKEY

i have read else where loads of boxes were stuck in hong kong customs and the owner was in prison for a week.he is out now and boxes released by customs.every body will recieve emails shortly then boxes.
i am also waitng on a box

had a nackered box tuner nackered sent to uk shop they use and still waiting ?
only took 3 weeks to get a dead tuner box ideal a.
wonder if another 3 weeks to get box replaced ?

badly made clones be worth paying more and getting different boxs.

It was faulty on arrival they sent a new one to replace it
communications were very good and im highly satisfied

i bought 4 from dvb seller and got 2 working and 2 not so sent back 2 not working and got 1 working and 1 not working so sent that back,that was over 4 months ago now they wont reply to emails had no problem with monkey

exactly 12 hours after postin about the length of time taken, my box had turned up!!!

just a shame i was out at the time, so i had to goto the dhl depot and pick it up.

oh well, all up and runnin now

dont have probs like that.
get some for my mate some times, £38 each and about £10 delivery. takes about 5 days to my door. use ems shipping so no customs tax. only had a psu go down, got another from argos for £6, while they sent me a replacement. but i dont deal with dvb, some good chink dealers out there

I ran into same sort of problem with DVB Monkey too. They do respond, but the delivery took around one month. They are absolute joke. I ordered from another site which is very reliable and delivered with 3-4 days. Here's the link:

Very good communication too. I ordered three boxes for my friends too and the delivery charge was £15 for all three together.

I ordered off them Oct 28th and was waiting till yesterday .
I paid for EMS delivery but as I was waiting so long they sent it by DHL which I aint happy about.
It was out for delivery yesterday but as usual the lazy driver didnt bother to call to me.
Said recipient wasnt home.
I keep having this issue with DHL,the excuses they have given me in the past have been hilarious.
I have to pay a customs charge of 17 euro too ,not too bad though.
I'm going to make a complaint with DHL as its repeatedly taking longer to get to my local depot to me than from China to the depot.
