Selection Process

Hi starting up again and have used Dbox2, not sat, and was quite comfortable with "keine systeme" probs, null modem flashes and easy way using Total commander FTP and temp folder once the net ip was known/set.

Am looking for a cheapish way to start again with folder layouts and bouquets if poss.

Is the I cloud plus, 2, 3 etc layed out like that or as per F5 fixed image which I've used

Any pointers for reading, tutorials and suggestions for box type to purchase or even for sale would be greatfully recieved

The cloud-ibox2plus and ibox3 receivers both use Enigma2 images.
They now have official support from Italysat and Opendroid.
They can also use patched firmwares from OpenPLi, OpenVix, OpenATV and HDfreaks.
They now also have multiboot options using Egami image that will allow you to use all of the above on a usb-key.

If you are in no rush to buy then I suggest that you wait just a little while longer as the new Cloud-ibox4 is due for release in the next few weeks.

There is also a brand new receiver from the same manufacturer that is reported to not be a clone and is called the zgemma-star that is out now.

Maybe wait for 4 and read a bit more, after looking at zgemma-star a bit to learn is req for me.
