toshiba regza 37x3030d picture prblems

I have an old Toshiba regza 37x3030d the problem with it is sometimes it will
turn on and stay on for a few minutes then I hear a click the screen goes black
and sits on standby green stay on I then turn it off with the remote light goes
to red turn it back on and it just stays on standby not flashing just solid green
have removed the back no bulging caps and have resoldered all dry looking joints
on power supply but still stuck on standby anyone any ideas what will fix this

Could it be faulty power suply.
