Amazon Fire TV IPTV Smarters - channels not showing up

anyone come across this

Got a Amazon Firestick Lite installed IPTV Smarters, configured it with the IPTV M3U URL it signs in then get the message downloading channels and after a few mins goes back to the previous screen so never get screen to select the channel I want to watch

This is happening on 2 Firesticks running the latest firmware

I install the same app on a Windows laptop and it works perfectly

Anyone had this issue before.

Not come across that, if i had this issue id try another app on the firestick if that work id move on to a different version of smarters.

I just use username/password and URL and it works great but on 4K/Cubes

is there any other smarters based apps installed. clear data and cache

Works fine here on various versions

Try reformatting your fire stick back to new and start from scratch . should sort it out.
