bbc hd freezing

Hi guys
I cannot watch any of the bbc hd channels they keep freezing on the picture or no picture at all but the sound is fine quality and strenght in the high 80-90% brackets
Can't understand it any ideas???

what stb are you using? firstly try a delete and rescan of the bbc txp,s and then maybe a different firmware. regards mdt

Technomate 6900 super plus patch 726 but that shouldn't matter as bbc is fta

Delete tp then re add and rescan.
