can anyone shed any light on this problem?
my daughter has a fiat punto 60s which has an intermittent starting problem
when running the car is fine but every now and then it wont start.
once we get it to start it will be ok for days then it doesn't start again.
i have been told this is quite common with this car but up to now have not been able to find the cause.
we have tried new plugs leads starter motor etc but the problem still persists.
any suggestions please?

the most common fault is the petrol pump in the tank m8 , next time it doesn't start lift up the back seat theres 4 screws , remove plate and u will see the top of the pump ..with the back of the screw driver tap the top of the pump and try to start car , it the car starts faster then thats the problem m8 , think there about 88 + vat

could also be the coil pack common fault too but id take smirnoffs advice first
