Other Zgemma H9S SE

another way of transferring E2 channel list between images...

1) boot to E2 image
2) web browser - OpenWebif->BouquetEditor->Export
3) boot to android (or another E2) image
4) web browser - OpenWebif->BouquetEditor->Import

I've got one arriving this afternoon , so do you flash the OpenATV to Linux 1 then android to Linux2 ?

You have 4 slots for E2 images and 1 slot for android - flash via Recovery menu
Then you can boot via Multiboot image selector image option from either slot 1-4 or boot to Android image

Can you point me in the right direction please m8 ,
I've got
h9se-androidtv-image.zip
and
openatv-6.4-zgemmah9sse-20210702_mmc.zip
on a stick, how do I get into recovery mode ? I held reset button powered on,
do I need
openatv-6.4-zgemmah9sse-20210702_recovery_emmc.zip

just a quick 1-2-3 will do ,

No need for *_recovery_emmc file.
See attached to flash image.
Instructions here to install android

not sure if there's a quicker way to swap boots...
in e2 image you can go via main menu->standby / restart->multi-boot image selector or recovery mode/boot menu

for FTP to work, you would need to setup a password on the image
main menu->Setup->System->Network->Password setup

Tried but had no luck with this non-jungle android image... flashed OK, but wouldn't boot - bricked/got stuck in a loop.

Took a few attempts to re-install the jungle version back (recovery menu, highlight boot android option, press menu on remote, factory reset)

I'll remove it thanks.
