Can anyone tell me how to update the bootloader on the H2, i have downloaded the latest bootloader but cant see how to update it to the box. Also is there a way to check what hte current version is on my box

Same way as an image mate by USB it should be in a folder system like an image.

Dont remember if youll need to reflash after though.
